This cosy, modern villa – which, not surprisingly, is situated in the complex known as Sueño Azul – overlooks the south coast of Tenerife, offering you a splendid view of the Atlantic Ocean, and is located in the peaceful town of Callao Salvaje. The villa can accommodate up to six people. Detailed description: spacious living room with dining table, sofa and TV; the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. Double bedroom with a double bed, a desk and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Second bedroom with2 single beds. Third bedroom with1 single bed. Second bathroom with a shower. Outside, on the driveway, there is a dining table, a seating area, sun loungers, a parasol and a sun canopy. Private heated swimming pool. The villa is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, a combination lock safe, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ceiling fans in all rooms, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, and blankets. Initial supplies provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels. For guests with children, baby equipment is available on request and for a fee: a cot and a high chair. Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking is permitted outdoors only. The villa is 500 m or a 6-minute walk from the nearest beach (Playa de Ajabo). The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The nearest supermarket, HiperDino, is a 4-minute walk away. There is on-street parking on the local road. The large Sueño Azul Beach Club swimming pool, which is wheelchair accessible, is a 6-minute walk away. There are tennis courts near the residential complex. All the necessary amenities are within walking distance: a viewpoint, a children’s playground, and a wide selection of restaurants serving Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Canarian and Indian cuisine. The famous tourist resorts of Playa de Las Américas, Costa Adeje and Playa de Los Cristianos are a 7-minute drive away.
