Eurohause is a cosy terraced house in Porto Santiago: a small cove sheltered by a small jetty, which makes this corner of Tenerife one of the most important natural havens on the island’s west coast. In recent years, it has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations on this Canary Island, closely linked to the cliffs of Los Gigantes and Arena Beach.
Puerto Santiago (commonly known as Puerto Santiago) is a low-key urban development, with elegant villas, flats and hotels situated near the beach; it does not aim to attract the mass tourism found in larger resorts such as Playa de las Américas. To the north, it merges with Los Gigantes; the cliffs are a 20-minute walk away, whilst to the south lies Playa de Arena. If you don’t fancy walking, there are guagua (bus) services connecting the tourist centres.
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a separate entrance to the property from the street, with a private, enclosed underground garage for 1 car. The flat comprises: on the ground floor – an open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, including all kitchen utensils. The living room has a sofa bed, TV and table. Terrace with a dining table, seating area and sun loungers; the terrace leads out onto the complex grounds and the swimming pool. There is a guest bathroom on this floor. First floor – master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; second bedroom with a double bed; second bathroom with a bath. Both bedrooms have a balcony. Third floor – a small bedroom with a sofa bed and access to the terrace, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the ocean and the city. Basement with a private garage for 1 car. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, a sun awning, a water purification system; for children – a playpen with bedding and a high chair. Essential items provided for your first stay: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, kitchen roll. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the terrace. The Eurohouse complex is fenced off and features a swimming pool and a children’s pool. There is on-street parking near the complex. The residence is located 500 metres from the ocean and 800 metres from the famous black-sand beach, La Arena. A large Mercadona supermarket is 100 metres away. A public transport stop is 200 metres from the residence.
