Detailed description of the flat: the accommodation features a spacious, fully-equipped terrace with pool views and an awning, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a large communal swimming pool.   The flat is non-smoking; smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The Mareverde complex is fenced off and accessed via a key. There are several swimming pools within the complex; one runs through the entire complex in the form of a river. Sun loungers are provided, and there is a small bar. Parking is available on the road near the complex (limited number of spaces). The Mareverde complex is located 500 metres from the famous Fañabe beach. The nearest large supermarket, Mercadona, is situated in the Gran Sur shopping centre, 200 metres away. Nearby, there is a wide selection of cosy cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a beautifully landscaped embankment and playgrounds. There is a public transport stop near the complex entrance. The nearest airport is Tenerife South, 16 km away.
