Detailed description of the flat: on the ground floor: a combined kitchen and living room, equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and dining table. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. There is a balcony with a table overlooking the ocean. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bath. We climb the spiral staircase to the second floor, where there is a second bedroom with two single beds and access to a spacious roof terrace with a seating area, sofa and sun loungers, offering panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and volcano. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, combination lock safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. Initial supplies are provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and kitchen roll.
