A cosy and modern one-bedroom flat in Costa Adeje, within the famous Yucca Park holiday complex. The flat can accommodate up to 3 people. Detailed description of the flat: bedroom with a double bed and TV; bathroom with a bath; open-plan kitchen and living room, fully equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The living room has a dining table, a sofa bed and a TV. Terrace with furniture (dining table and sofa) overlooking the swimming pool. There is a furnished courtyard. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, safe with combination lock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner, awning. Initial supplies provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, kitchen roll. For guests with children, baby equipment is available on request for a fee: a cot and a high chair. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the terrace. The Yucca Park complex is fenced off, with access via a code or key. The complex has 2 swimming pools, sun loungers and a small bar. There is on-street parking near the complex (limited spaces). The Yucca Park complex is located 200 metres from the famous Fanabe beach. The nearest HyperDino supermarket is 250-metres away. A large Mercadona supermarket is situated in the Gran Sur shopping centre, 700 m away. There is a wide selection of cosy cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a beautifully landscaped embankment and playgrounds.
