In Nezza, the most exclusive area of Playa del Duque, enjoying proximity to the beach whilst remaining in an urban setting with all amenities to hand – just a short walk from the Del Duque shopping centre – lies the Terrazza del Duque complex. The flat is on the 6th floor, but there are several lifts in the building; it is large, spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat comprises: a kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, and a small utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner; a living room featuring2 sofas with reclining mechanisms that allow you to adjust the position of the backrest and footrests, and a TV; a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; a second bedroom with a double bed; and a second bathroom with a bath. All the rooms in the flat have access to a patio-terrace with a dining table. We climb the spiral staircase up to the upper sun terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, furniture, a seating area, a shower, a parasol and an awning. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, a safe, air conditioning in the living room and1 bedroom, ceiling fans, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, including beach towels and blankets. Initial supplies provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and kitchen roll. For guests with children, baby equipment is available on request for a fee: a cot and a high chair. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the terraces. The Terrazas del Duque II complex is a gated estate with key-controlled access. The complex features a swimming pool, a children’s pool, sun loungers and parasols.
