A beautiful, cosy flat in Costa Adeje (El Duque). Situated in one of the most elegant and exclusive areas of South Tenerife, this flat allows you to enjoy being close to the sea, whilst still being in a high-quality urban setting. Just a few hundred metres away are the beaches, all with light-coloured sand. Facilities such as showers, toilets and, of course, access to the beach are free of charge; however, parasols and sun loungers can be hired for a small fee.
The flat comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The flat is on the2nd floor; the building has lifts; a separate kitchen, equipped with appliances (hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge) and complete with kitchenware. A comfortable living room with a sofa and TV. A double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. A second bedroom with a double bed; a second bathroom. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, a safe, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ceiling fans, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, and blankets. Initial supplies provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels. For guests with children, the following are available on request for a fee: a cot and a high chair. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
