. A modern and unique penthouse flat with 3 bedrooms and access to a private roof terrace in the centre of Playa San Juan, close to the town’s beach. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. It is situated on the 3rd floor; there is a lift in the building. Detailed description of the flat: bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen-diner equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, toaster, blender and fridge. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The living room has a sofa and a TV with international channels. We climb the spiral staircase up to bedroom 3, which has a large double bed, and step out onto our spacious 200 mq roof terrace with artificial grass, furniture, a table and a seating area, offering a panoramic view of the whole city and the ocean. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe with a combination lock, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, and a vacuum cleaner. Essential items are provided for your first stay: washing-up liquid, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and paper towels. For guests with children, baby equipment is available on request and for a fee: a cot and a high chair. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the balconies and on the roof. There is a private parking space in the underground car park.
