A comfortable and modern 2-bedroom flat in the centre of Costa Adeje, within the famous Mareverde holiday complex. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people. Easy access to the flat with no stairs. Direct access from the terrace to the communal swimming pool.
Detailed description of the flat: master bedroom with a double bed and TV, bathroom with shower, second bedroom with2 single beds, open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, a table and a TV with international channels. Terrace with a dining table overlooking the swimming pool and an awning.
The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, fans, combination lock safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, and a hoover. Initial supplies provided: washing powder, washing-up liquid, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, kitchen roll. For guests with children, baby equipment such as a cot and a high chair can be provided on request for a fee. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
The Mareverde complex is fenced off and accessed via a key. There are several swimming pools within the complex; one runs through the entire complex in the form of a river. Sun loungers are provided, and there is a small bar. On-street parking is available near the complex (limited number of spaces). The Mareverde complex is located 500 metres from the famous Fañabe beach. The nearest large supermarket, Mercadona, is situated in the Gran Sur shopping centre, 200 m away. Nearby, there is a wide selection of cosy cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a beautifully landscaped embankment and playgrounds. There is a public transport stop near the entrance to the complex.
