Cosy 1-bedroom flat in Los Cristianos, in the Las Plataneras complex. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is on the 2nd floor of the building; you will need to climb the stairs. Separate entrance from the street. Detailed description of the flat: bedroom with2 single beds, bathroom with shower, open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with appliances: hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and fridge. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV. There is a furnished terrace with a canopy, overlooking the swimming pool and the complex. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, combination lock safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, and a hoover. We provide the essentials for your first few days: washing powder, washing-up liquid, a sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and paper towels. For guests with children, baby equipment such as a cot and a high chair can be provided on request for a fee. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the terrace. The Las Plataneras complex is located 250 metres from the ocean and 500 metres from Los Cristianos town beach. There is a swimming pool next to the complex and a key is provided for access. There is ample on-street parking near the complex. The nearest supermarket is 150 metres away.
