The Concasa building is situated in a coastal resort within the municipality of Santiago del Teide, in the south-west of the island of Tenerife, on the west coast of Tenerife. It is approximately 28 km from the tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, and 13 kilometres from the town centre of Santiago del Teide, at a maximum altitude of 25 metres above sea level. Its small fishing harbour is a distinctive feature.
The Guanches, the indigenous people of the Canary Islands, called Los Gigantes the ‘wall of hell’, as they believed these cliffs marked the end of the world. Furthermore, the steep, jagged shape of the cliffs, which resembles human figures, has only reinforced this belief. At the western tip of the island, between the municipalities of Buenavista del Norte and Santiago del Teide, lie the cliffs of Los Gigantes. These immense walls of volcanic rock are situated within the Teno Rural Park and constitute one of Tenerife’s most famous landscapes and an unmissable attraction on the island.
The flat: bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with appliances: gas hob, kettle, microwave, fridge and all necessary kitchenware. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. Furnished balcony with views of the ocean and the cliffs. The flat is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, washing machine, key-operated safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. For guests with children, baby equipment is available on request and for a fee: a cot and a high chair. The flat is non-smoking; smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The flat is located 300 metres from Los Guios town beach, the harbour and the yacht club. Nearby there is a wide selection of cosy cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. A public transport stop is located 300 metres from the flat.
